About Us
National Open College (NOC) was established by the group of professor, doctors,
business man, engineers and entrepreneurs in 2000 AD under National Open College
Pvt. (Ltd.) affiliated to Pokhara University situated at Sanepa, Ring Road,
Lalitpur, Nepal. NOC is the first college in Nepal introducing Health Care Management
program and still only one college that runs PGDHCM and MHCM program. College
has sufficient full time faculties with excellent academic qualification as
well as PhD holders. Our programs are running from morning 6:30 AM to evening
7:30 PM.
