National Open College(NOC), established in 2000 by a group of academic devotees and professionals having spent decades in teaching expedition, is a pioneer college-cum-Higher Secondary School.

NOC always strives to continue introducing virgin experts and scholars keeping in view of the present and future national and international assessment for ever-changing and competitive job market.

In this connection, NOC is the first college in the country to offer three programs in the field of Health Care Management from Bachelor to Master’s degree. It also offers: Business Administration (Bachelor's degree) .

National Open College is situated at Balkhu - Sanepa Ring Road, Lalitpur. Though it is at the heart of the valley, it is completely free from pollution of the city. Its serene environment is conducive and hygienic for students to study.
