Introduction

National Open College (NOC), established in 2000 by a group of academic devotees and professionals having spent decades in teaching expedition, is a pioneer college. NOC always strives to continue introducing virgin experts and scholars keeping in view of the present and future national and international assessment for ever-changing and competitive job market.

In this connection, NOC is the first college in the country to offer three programs in the field of Health Care Management from Bachelor to Master’s degree. It also offers: Business Administration (Bachelor's degree) and Public Health (Bachelor’s Degree) in 3 streams.

Students’ academic need and aspirations, apart from perpetual personal care for high level of academic achievement, disciplinary and attitudinal excellence toward civic responsibilities, are on high priority at NOC.
