In this connection, NOC is the first college in the country to offer three programs in the field of Health Care Management from Bachelor to Master’s degree. It also offers: Business Administration (Bachelor's degree) and Higher Secondary education in 3 streams.

NOC has offered +2 curriculum in Science, Commerce, Humanities. Students’ academic need and aspirations, apart from perpetual personal care for high level of academic achievement, disciplinary and attitudinal excellence toward civic responsibilities, are on high priority at NOC.

National Open College is situated at Balkhu - Sanepa Ring Road, Lalitpur. Though it is at the heart of the valley, it is completely free from pollution of the city. Its serene environment is conducive and hygienic for students to study.
